Mother's Day is approaching and that means I have some baking to do. I've been on the hunt for the most chocolatey dessert possible, and I think I've found it--flourless chocolate cake. I made this delicious dessert for a harvest dinner party and got rave reviews. To stay in season, I used a combination of cranberries and blueberries. The crumbly biscuit offers just the right amount of pastry to compliment the tartness of the fruit.
